Billabong Warranty
Billabong warrants wetsuits to be free of defects in material or workmanship when purchased from an authorized dealer. All wetsuits come with a limited 2-year warranty on stitching, all materials, workmanship and liquid welded seams, from the date purchased.
All Billabong Wetsuit Accessories (Booties, hoods and gloves) come with a limited 3-month warranty on workmanship and materials.
Billabong is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping warranty item(s) to Billabong. Billabong will cover shipping costs on replacement or repaired item(s) shipping back to the customer. Billabong is not liable for any items lost in transit.

Once they receive your email, Billabong will reach out to you with the next steps to get your claim processed via email. Warranty claim shipments sent in without prior approval will be returned to sender. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your claim to be received and processed.
